Carriage

Carriage is charged at £9.99 (inc. insurance) per cricket bat to addresses worldwide.

Delivery

Although we do aim to process all orders in the shortest time possible, sometimes delays may occur due to a busy time of year or unavailability of stock. For this reason we ask that all customers allow between 14 days for delivery.

Guarantee

New Goods: If on receipt you are not completely satisfied, simply e-mail us with your invoice number and we will issue an RMA form, return this with the goods unused within 7 days for a refund, please note that a re-stocking charge of 20% will be deducted from your refund to cover our administration costs. We regret that carriage charges are not refundable.

Faulty Goods: Simply e-mail us with your invoice number and we will issue an RMA form, return this with the faulty goods within 7 days for a full refund or a replacement item.
